These Terms of Use apply to Abby Speak (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. Educational use
Abby Speak provides language-learning tools and educational content. It is intended to support personal learning and does not guarantee any particular educational, test, or language-proficiency result.
2. Purchases and subscriptions
Some features may require a one-time purchase or an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Acceptable use
You may use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the App except where applicable law permits it.
4. Availability and changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms of Use. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The App’s collection and use of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
